Shipping Policies
Continental US
Everything is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS shipping is available upon request and billed separately via paypal. Contact me for details.
Your package will have a tracking number but will not be insured or require a signature, so please do let me know if you need extra postal services when you order. I will bill you separately via paypal for additional services, including overnight delivery if you're in a rush.
I take great care in packaging my products, but if you think your package may be at risk because of your drop-off location, please let me know at checkout if we should give the postal carrier special instructions, such as "Don't leave on the front steps, bring inside by the door."
Outside the continental US
We can ship anywhere USPS will go! However, I cannot give any guarantee regarding the time of delivery or provide tracking information. Please allow ample time depending on your familiarity with shipping from the US to your particular location.
If you think there is a chance your package could get lost in customs, or you would like to track it to your country, please upgrade to Priority International Mail and buy insurance for your package. Please get in touch--BEFORE YOU BUY--to get a separate invoice for these services based on the items you're ordering. Lost packages can not be refunded or replaced without these upgrades!
Shipping Address
For security reasons I cannot guarantee shipment to any address other than the one Paypal sends us as the shipping address. If you would like to send something as a gift or to another address for some reason, please add the address to your paypal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address. I WILL NOT ship to an address mentioned in the "notes to seller" or via email request.
